On Tuesday, the founder of the Highland Park Neighborhood Association, Ginnie Tatum, passed away. Today’s Chattanoogan included an obituary and a lovely tribute from Jay Craven.
Visitation is this evening, from 6 – 9 p.m., and a service will be held tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. at the Lane Funeral Home. Condolences and rememberances can be shared at their web site.
