We get the same. At my children school they call this “the hood”. I have to admit i have mixed feeling, after having so many break in’s and hearing of a lot more it really does get old….

To me, this is a plan that could greatly benefit all in Highland Park. I sure would like to know more about it, where it does stand at present, and how we, as neighbors, can lend a helping hand in making this plan a reality in the very near future. I look forward to hearing more about it!
